Terms and Conditions of Use

The websites, domains, and subdomains under the address https://revolution-plus.tech/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site) are the exclusive property of WHR srl, with Registered Office: 00192 Via Caio Mario, 7 Roma Operational Headquarters: Hotel Porta Maggiore – 00185 Piazza di Porta Maggiore, 25 Roma

The Site is not updated on a regular and periodic basis, and therefore it does not need to be registered as a periodical publication under Law 47/1948.

Acceptance of the Terms

These General Terms of Service contain the terms and conditions governing the use of the services offered. By accepting these conditions during the registration process and using the Site, the User expressly agrees to comply with the Site’s Terms.

Modification of the Terms

The terms of service may be changed at any time at the sole discretion of the owners, if deemed necessary for legal or technical reasons. Subject to the remedies provided by law for non-compliance with obligations under the contract or failure to comply with applicable regulations, WHR reserves the right to send notices to the User, suspend accounts temporarily or permanently, and stop providing some or all services in the event of: a) violations of these General Terms; b) inability of the Site to verify the authenticity of information provided at registration or during use of the service; c) actions that may cause economic damage or legal liability for the Site or other Users; d) security issues or prevention of unauthorized access to the Site; e) total or partial discontinuation of services.

Use of the Site

The User explicitly agrees and warrants that their use of the Site and the services provided will fully comply with these General Terms of Service and will not infringe the rights of any other party, nor violate any contractual or legal obligation to any third party, nor contravene applicable laws. The User also agrees to hold WHR harmless from any liability to any party arising from non-compliant use of the Site. The User declares to be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into contracts and using the Site in full compliance with the Terms set forth herein.

The User is expressly prohibited from:

using the Site in any way that may damage, disable, overload, or impair the functioning of the Site or the network(s) connected to it;
engaging in any action that may interfere with or prevent third-party use of the Site;
attempting to access, through any unlawful means, the Site or information/data relating to registered Users and/or systems and networks connected to the Site.

WHR S.r.l. reserves the right, at its sole and exclusive discretion, to remove any content that:

is unlawful, defamatory, racist, or libelous;
incites hatred or violence;
is offensive to individuals, institutions, or religions;
violates others’ privacy;
is harmful to minors;
infringes trademarks, patents, or copyrighted content;
contains personal data of third parties;
promotes commercial activities.

Content Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, the Site, its graphics, all texts, images, trademarks, logos, and everything contained within the Site is the property of WHR S.r.l., and all rights are reserved. WHR S.r.l., its logo, and all other trademarks on the Site are registered trademarks or otherwise belong to WHR S.r.l. or third parties who have expressly authorized their use. Nothing contained on the Site shall be construed as granting, implicitly or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark without prior written authorization from WHR S.r.l. or the relevant trademark owner. These rights are protected by applicable international intellectual property laws and treaties. Any reproduction or redistribution, even partial, of the Site’s layout, graphics, or content without prior written consent from WHR S.r.l. is therefore prohibited and subject to civil and criminal penalties.

Any content (texts, images, videos, etc.) provided and uploaded by Users remains the exclusive property of the Users and/or the third parties from whom the User has obtained usage rights. By submitting such content, the User also grants the Site the right to use, publish, disclose, duplicate, transmit, display, and publicly perform the content. The User declares and warrants that the submission and/or use of such content by the Site does not infringe any intellectual or industrial property right and/or image right and/or privacy right and/or confidentiality right of third parties. In particular, the User also declares and warrants to have obtained all necessary consents and approvals from any interested third parties, to have paid the applicable rights and fees required by law or contract, and that no third-party rights prevent the Site from receiving and using the content under these General Terms. Accordingly, the User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WHR S.r.l. from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees and those arising from judicial decisions) incurred due to the User’s violation of this section.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law and without prejudice to consumer rights, WHR S.r.l. provides no warranty as to the suitability of the Site’s content for any particular purpose, except as otherwise provided for paid services. WHR S.r.l. also makes no guarantee as to the accuracy or exclusivity of the Site’s content, particularly that submitted by Users. The User uses the Site at their own risk, and WHR S.r.l. shall not be liable, except for paid services limited to their intended purpose, for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Site. This includes, without limitation, any damage (direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential) and any loss (of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money), or losses or damages resulting from business interruption due to use or inability to use or results of use of this Site.

Data Protection

The processing of Users’ personal data is governed in accordance with current legislation, as described in the Privacy Policy available at https://revolution-plus.tech/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/INF09_Revolution_PrivacyPolicy_Rev1_EN.pdf. Access to and use of the Site also implies acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

International Users

WHR S.r.l. does not guarantee that the information on the Site is accurate or that the content is available in the same appearance, format, and conditions outside Italy. Users residing outside of Italy who visit and use the Site agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding data transmission and content in their country of residence. If the User downloads content from the Site, they are responsible for complying with the laws in force in their country.

External Sites

The Site contains links and banners to third-party websites not controlled by WHR S.r.l., which assumes no responsibility for the content of such sites or the services they offer. The presence of these links does not imply any approval or affiliation with the linked site. These third-party sites are independently managed, and WHR S.r.l. cannot guarantee that the User will be satisfied with their products, services, or business practices. Users should carry out all investigations they deem necessary before entering into any transaction with these parties.

These external sites use remarketing through Google Analytics for advertising purposes, and third-party vendors use both proprietary and third-party cookies to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on a user’s past visits to the website.
