Counting on more than ten years of experience in revenue management in the hospitality industry, Patrizia has contributed to the success of numerous accommodation facilities and today she is a key member of the Franco Grasso company.

Massimiliano Terzulli is a revenue management specialist and coach for Franco Grasso. He is tasked with training sales teams on Revolution Plus, our artificial intelligence that can process data from more than 2,500 businesses in 30 countries across five continents to ensure hoteliers can make the best decisions. Massimiliano offers expert guidance to accommodation facilities that want to improve their results, including during global crises such as the Covid-19 pandemic. He also creates and shares educational content to help promote best practice within the hospitality industry. Prior to building a career here, he honed his skills in the hospitality industry as a front office manager, reservations manager and concierge for international cruise lines and luxury hotels.
